Do I need a cabin?

All passengers onboard Norröna are required to have a sleeping arrangement. We offer a range of cabins, from standard to luxury options. During peak times, we also provide couchettes—gender-divided compartments (male and female only) that accommodate up to six passengers.

For privacy during the 30-hour summer journey (36 hours otherwise) to the Faroe Islands or the 48-hour summer trip (66 in spring and autumn) to Iceland, a cabin is ideal. If you're looking for a more affordable option, shared accommodations like couchettes may be the best fit. Please note, during busy periods, couchettes may be the only available option.
