If you're looking to stay connected while at sea, we offer Wi-Fi services in collaboration with Telenor Maritime. Below you will find all the information you need regarding pricing, access options, and usage limitations.
Pricing Options
The cost for internet access on board varies based on the duration of use:
- €5 for 4 hours
- €35 for 7 days
How to Purchase Internet Access
You can purchase your internet access in two convenient ways:
- Online While On Board: Simply log in to our onboard portal to select and pay for your desired plan.
- At Reception: Visit the reception desk where you can obtain voucher codes directly from our staff.
Device Connectivity
Your purchased code allows connectivity across multiple devices; however, please note that only one device can be connected at any given time. Once activated, the countdown timer begins immediately regardless of which device is being used.
Please Keep In Mind:
- The Wi-Fi service may have limitations compared to typical land connections due to satellite technology.
- A daily data limit of 5GB applies. Be mindful of your usage to avoid exceeding this limit!
